We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide Free Tracked & Insured Delivery to the USA and DHL delivery to Canada, Australia or Europe with a fee depending on which country you’re located in!

SHIPPING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19

If there are delays with your order we will contact you personally via the email address that you have given us when you place your order. We will keep you updated periodically (every 1-3 days) on your order and we'll get your tracking number to you ASAP. If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact info@snowskinco.com & we'll get back to you within 12 hours.

SHIPPING TO THE USA, AUSTRALIA, CANADA AND EUROPE

We are proud to offer shipping to the USA, Australia, Canada and Europe from our warehouse located in the USA. Shipping to the USA is delivered with USPS First Class Mail and sometimes (but rarely) FedEx. Shipping to Canada, Australia and Europe is delivered with our reliable international shipping partners, DHL eCommerce.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Snow Skin Co are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

If you order multiple of the same product, yes, it will be sent in one package!

Refunds & Order Cancellation 

Refunds

We offer a 7 Day No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee. If you aren’t satisfied with your order within 7 days of it being received, just contact info@snowskinco.com and we’ll provide you with our USA warehouse address and once the tracking of your return shipment says, “Delivered”, we’ll issue a full refund of your order. If you’ve already used a needle, you’ll need to order an extra needle pack to replace the one that has been opened when you return it back to us!


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of your order being placed. If it’s a bit more than 12 hours our team is pretty lenient so we’ll let you cancel it.
